  • In case of a no-show or late arrival beyond 15 minutes, your table may be released without prior notice

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Orders: Once confirmed, food orders cannot be canceled or refunded, unless an error has occurred on our part.

  • Reservations: Please inform us at least 1 hour in advance if you need to cancel or modify a reservation.

  • Refunds: Any refund, if applicable, will be processed using the original mode of payment and may take 5–7 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (text, images, logos, menus, etc.) is the exclusive property of Hotbits Indian Cuisine.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Conduct

  • Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other patrons, and property.

  • Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, vandalism, or disturbance, may lead to refusal of service or removal from the premises.

7. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

  • Hotbits Indian Cuisine takes care to accommodate dietary preferences where possible; however, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inform staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering.
